Missing Gym in lockdown??? Time to unlock your mind of gyms. Lockdown due to coronavirus has taught us that Fitness is not about going to the gym, it’s a lifestyle. The tough time has made us explore various ways to remain fit. Nowadays in millennials, the active trend is to maintain a stiff and curvy body as these demographics are most committed to health and lifestyle. For someone who goes to the gym, it is about getting a nutritionist, a personal trainer, and even incorporating functional training or perhaps a weekly spa into the routine. Covid-19 coronavirus lockdown in India has impacted, Gym techniques which have been overridden by tailoring holidays around events such as yoga camp in the mountains; or about having a cold-pressed juice instead of a sugar-laden beverage. Using the Indian way of maintaining fitness, would gradually save $1 billion on gym memberships.
In India, Nearly 70% of Fitness centers(Gym, Healthcare companies, etc.) market is concentrated in the top 10 cities, as the broader active living economy resides in. Using natural herbs such as neem, ashwagandha, Amla, Ginger, etc. keeps up the immunity high to fight the co-sars-COVID-19 virus. Although we Indians already have better immunity than the rest of the world as we enjoy various pollution to which our bodies have adjusted in such an environment. Beginning or keeping up a customary exercise routine can be tough at any age—and it doesn’t get any simpler as we get older. Easy Exercise such as Pranayama, Yoga, Regular stretching, Arm weights, Squats, Cycling etc. can be a complete package to stay fit during lockdowns and can be continued in Covid-19 unlock 1.0 situation.
In lockdown in homes, due to COVID-19, a brisk warm-up session gets your body exercise-ready for heavy workouts. Drink adequate water: The oxygen in water helps keep your body oxygen levels normal. Drink water before you start exercising, during the session and after the session. Wear fitting and comfortable clothes paired with sports shoes without heels. Health risks in the corona situation could severely provide damage. Do not eat anything two hours prior to exercise as digestion takes more than two hours. Do not consume tea/coffee before exercise as they take time to get digested. Do not exercise if you haven’t slept properly. Exercising with a tired mind and body will result in more fatigue. So in lockdown, unlock your mind, follow and simply be fit. A healthy person contributes to a healthy environment!!!!
